"I switched my insurance to this agency.. what a HUGE MISTAKE! I signed all the documents they sent me via email. Apparently, they forgot to send me a required document for my storage only insured Jaquar. I later received a bill for road coverage on my Jaquar. I contacted this office multiple times as I kept receiving emails and text messages saying my insurance would be canceled if I didn't pay the bill for coverage I never requested. I even contacted Kevin Curtis to try to resolve the issue to no avail. I have taken my business to another State Farm agency....they are very professional and helpful. I do not recommend the Kevin Curtis Agency....find anyone else!"
